TERMS OF SERVICE

OVERVIEW
These Terms govern your use of RoveSpec’s website, store, content, products, and services (the “Services”). “RoveSpec,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Services. Shopify provides commerce and checkout technology, but purchases are made directly from RoveSpec. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy at https://eb-marine-2.myshopify.com/policies/privacy-policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be at least the age of majority where you live or have permission from a parent or guardian. Information you supply must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity on your account.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND FITMENT
We try to present product images, specifications, compatibility, availability, and prices accurately, but they may change or contain errors. Before ordering, verify the manufacturer part number, fitment, electrical requirements, dimensions, included components, and installation requirements. Colors and appearance may differ by display.

3. ORDERS
An order is an offer to purchase. RoveSpec may accept, decline, or cancel an order because of availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, supplier constraints, or legal requirements. An order is accepted when we issue confirmation and process payment. Contact us promptly to request cancellation; cancellation might not be possible after fulfillment begins.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, handling, or duties may be added at checkout. You must provide accurate billing and payment information.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates. Carriers, suppliers, customs, weather, and other events outside our control can cause delays. Please review the delivery estimate and shipping address before submitting your order. Risk of loss and title are governed by applicable law.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy at https://eb-marine-2.myshopify.com/policies/refund-policy. Contact us before sending a return.

7. INSTALLATION, USE, AND SAFETY
Use a qualified installer when appropriate and follow all manufacturer instructions, warnings, and applicable laws. Vehicle, marine, and powersports equipment can require fitment checks, proper wiring, load calculations, licensing, or inspection. To the extent permitted by law, RoveSpec is not responsible for damage caused by improper product selection, installation, or use.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Site content is owned by or licensed to RoveSpec and is provided for personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, scrape, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit it without permission.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Third-party services and linked sites are governed by their own terms and policies. RoveSpec is not responsible for third-party content or services except where required by law.

10. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, malicious, security-circumventing, data-scraping, or spam-related activity.

11. PRIVACY
Our Privacy Policy is available at https://eb-marine-2.myshopify.com/policies/privacy-policy. Shopify and our service providers process information as needed to provide the Services.

12. DISCLAIMERS
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties except warranties that cannot legally be excluded and any applicable manufacturer warranties.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoveSpec will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify RoveSpec for claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of another party’s rights.

15. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, without overriding mandatory consumer protections. Tennessee courts will have jurisdiction where legally permitted.

17. CHANGES
We may update these Terms. The current version will be posted here, and material changes will be communicated where required by law.
